New product, new name.

Originally, Vanguard Cable Television was a little company with a big idea: providing cable television without the cable. They provided customers with more channels, better color and clearer sound than those guys with the wires.

Plus, they were a whole lot cheaper.

While every other cable company took their business too seriously, we renamed the company TVMAX and made it the most fun you could have on cable. The brand thrived in Southern California until it was acquired by another company -- at a huge profit.
